Job Description

The University Relations Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and strengthening partnerships with universities and higher education institutions. This role focuses on building long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations that support student recruitment, academic programs, exchange opportunities, and institutional growth. Key Responsibilities University Partnerships: Identify, approach, and establish tie-ups with universities both locally and internationally. Negotiate and finalize agreements, MOUs, and partnership contracts. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partner universities. Collaboration Development: Explore opportunities for joint programs, student exchanges, and academic collaborations. Coordinate with universities for program updates, seat availability, and admissions policies. Ensure compliance with all legal, academic, and institutional requirements in partnerships. Student Recruitment Support: Align partnerships with the company's student recruitment strategy. Work with admissions and marketing teams to ensure universities programs are effectively promoted. Provide up-to-date information about partner institutions to counselors and staff. Representation & Networking: Represent the organization at education fairs, conferences, and university meetings. Build a professional network with academic leaders, deans, and international office heads. Act as the key liaison between the company and university partners. Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance of each university partnership (applications, enrollments, etc.). Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes, challenges, and opportunities. Recommend new strategies to expand and strengthen relationships. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred in Business, International Relations, or Education). Experience in university partnerships, international education, or student recruitment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work across cultures and build trust with senior university representatives. Excellent organizational and reporting abilities. Willingness to travel as required.
