University Guidance Counsellor

Deliver group presentations and conduct individual interviews to provide guidance and support.

 Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to assist students with academic and career

planning.

 Organize a series of family interview sessions starting from Grade 9 to foster collaborative

decision-making.

 Organize and schedule orientation programs and internships for students.

 Plan and organize University Fairs on Campus

 Create and update the school profile annually to reflect current achievements and offerings.

 Maintain a comprehensive database of student destinations, offers, and acceptances.

 Develop and regularly update an alumni database to track graduates' progress.

 Provide an annual report detailing student destinations and outcomes.

 Represent the school at relevant career and university conferences.

 Ensure that career and university resources are up-to-date and explore additional tools to

enhance these offerings.

 Manage and operate the Career Guidance Technology platform, engaging with students, staff,

and parents effectively.

 Participate in relevant workshops and training sessions to stay informed of best practices.

 Actively contribute to the BHIS school community with enthusiasm and initiative.

Qualifications

 2-5 years work experience as a University Guidance Counsellor.

 Professional qualification in guidance counselling or related eg. Masters in Psychology

and/or Certifications in Guidance Counselling (essential).

Pay: ₹11,163.13 - ₹50,000.00 per month
