Job Summary: The Swimming Coach / Instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering swimming lessons and training sessions to students or participants of varying ages and skill levels. The role focuses on developing water safety, improving swimming techniques, and promoting fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct swimming lessons according to the age and skill level of participants. Teach proper swimming techniques, stroke correction, and breathing methods.
