Swimming Instructor

Job Summary:

The Swimming Coach / Instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering swimming lessons and training sessions to students or participants of varying ages and skill levels. The role focuses on developing water safety, improving swimming techniques, and promoting fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct swimming lessons according to the age and skill level of participants.
• Teach proper swimming techniques, stroke correction, and breathing methods.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers during sessions by maintaining constant supervision.
• Conduct warm-up and cool-down exercises.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Organize and oversee swimming competitions or events when required.
• Ensure that all equipment and pool facilities are used safely and maintained properly.
• Enforce pool rules and emergency procedures.
• Maintain attendance records and progress reports for participants.
• Promote confidence and a positive learning environment for all swimmers.

Requirements:

• Certified Swimming Coach / Instructor (recognized certification such as NIS, ASCA, or equivalent).
• Lifeguard and First Aid / CPR certification (preferred or mandatory).
• Prior experience in coaching or teaching swimming.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
