Swimming Instructor

As a certified Swimming Instructor at CIS Global Infratech Pvt Ltd. located at BHC (British High Commission) in Delhi, you will be responsible for leading individual and group swimming lessons for children and adults. Your role will involve conducting swimming lessons for all age groups and skill levels, planning and executing structured training sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring and assessing students" progress, maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing basic first aid, and conducting swim assessments for new learners. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct swimming lessons for all age groups and skill levels. - Plan and execute structured training sessions, including warm-up, technique training, and cool-down. - Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during pool activities. - Monitor and assess students" progress, providing personalized guidance. - Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment in and around the pool area. - Perform basic first aid and respond promptly to poolside emergencies. - Conduct swim assessments for new learners and maintain attendance and progress records. Qualifications Required: - Certified Swimming Instructor (ISA, NIS, or recognized equivalent certification). - Proven experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults. - Strong communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills. - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). - Ability to manage classes and ensure discipline and safety. - Professional, punctual, and reliable.
