Swimming Instructor

As a Swimming Instructor at CIS Global Infratech Pvt Ltd. located at BHC (British High Commission) in Delhi, you will be responsible for leading individual and group swimming lessons for both children and adults. With a minimum of 12 years of experience as a certified instructor, you will bring your passion for swimming to create a safe and engaging learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting swimming lessons for individuals of all age groups and skill levels, planning and executing structured training sessions, monitoring student progress, maintaining safety protocols, and providing personalized guidance. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and positive environment in and around the pool area, perform basic first aid, and respond promptly to poolside emergencies. To excel in this role, you must possess a certification as a Swimming Instructor from ISA, NIS, or an equivalent recognized body. Proven experience in teaching swimming to both children and adults, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Your ability to manage classes effectively, ensure discipline and safety, and maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability will be crucial. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Faridabad, Haryana is required.
