Job Title: Unity Game Developer – Kids Learning Games (1+ Year Experience) Location: Pune, India (On-site) Experience: 1+ year in Unity game development Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Unity Game Developer with at least 1 year of experience to build interactive learning games for children . You will work closely with designers, artists, and educators to turn educational concepts into fun, engaging, and meaningful gameplay experiences for young learners (Kindergarten to Grade 5). Key Responsibilities: Design and develop 2D/3D gameplay for kids’ educational games using Unity and C# Implement intuitive UI, drag-and-drop mechanics, audio interactions, and visual feedback Collaborate with the design team to create age-appropriate learning experiences Optimize games for Android, iOS, and WebGL platforms Handle animations, transitions, and child-friendly interactions Debug and test across devices to ensure smooth performance Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Unity (C#) Strong understanding of 2D game mechanics and mobile optimization Ability to implement child-friendly UI, audio, and feedback systems Experience with Android/iOS build processes Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) Creative thinking and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience in building kids’ educational or phonics/shape learning games Familiarity with AR Foundation , voice recognition , or OpenCV in Unity Knowledge of Firebase, audio-based interactivity, or storytelling What We Offer: Work on meaningful games that make learning fun for children Creative freedom and collaborative team culture Career growth and mentoring opportunities Competitive salary and performance incentives Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
