Unit VM Head

Job Description: As a Unit VM Head, your role involves overseeing the visual merchandising activities within the unit. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the visual presentation of the store, standardize merchandise displays, plan display calendars, train retail staff on VM and merchandise presentation, manage signages, focal points, and windows, conceptualize and execute focal points and window designs, plan and execute VM for events, liaise with marketing for in-store communication and events, monitor costs to ensure they stay within budget, maintain mannequins, manage VM props and elements, document VM activities and budgets, and handle vendor management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the visual presentation of the store - Standardize the visual presentation of merchandise - Place fixtures according to the planogram - Plan a display calendar for the unit - Provide training on VM and merchandise presentation to retail staff - Manage signages for in-store and brand promotions - Manage focal points and windows - Conceptualize and design focal points as per the planogram - Design storyboards for windows in the store - Plan, conceptualize, and execute VM for events - Collaborate with marketing for in-store communication and events - Monitor costs for VM activities and ensure expenses are within budget - Maintain mannequins - Manage VM props and elements - Document VM activities and budgets - Source vendors for VM elements - Outsource VM design execution Qualification Required: - Prior experience in visual merchandising or related field - Strong creativity and design skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with budget management - Vendor management experience is a plus,
