Unit Sales Manager

As a Unit Sales Manager, your role is crucial in driving sales and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. - Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of sales executives to enhance their selling skills. - Setting clear performance expectations, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to the team. - Motivating the team to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a high-performance culture. - Identifying new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments within the assigned unit's territory. - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
