Job Description

The Unit Sales Manager role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the local market. As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives to enhance their selling skills, set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and guidance. Motivating the team to achieve individual and collective targets and fostering a high-performance culture will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments within the assigned unit's territory, while also building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. The preferred candidate for this role should be a graduate with 2 to 6 years of experience in any sales or field sales and marketing. Local candidates are required, and the age requirement is between 24 to 38 years. A two-wheeler is required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts. There is also a joining bonus and performance bonus offered.
