Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in insurance sales. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. Develop and execute strategies to increase outbound calls, leads, and conversions. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in B2C or BPO sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in an outbound calling environment. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively. Strong team handling skills with experience managing teams towards common goals.
