Incoming Inspection of packaging material, raw batti and fragrance & drum clearance
* In-process inspection of dipping process (fragrance absorption)
* Process audit - CTQ/CTP audit of above processes
* Finished goods clearance inspection (FGCR) and MIS maintenance as well as quarterly live
updation of the same
* Conduct On-Job Training (OJT) in the shop floor, Classroom Training, morning meetings
* Handle internal complaints and problems with root cause analysis and CAPA
* Action effectiveness reviews/audits on problems identified
* Timely Machine (asset) health check and approval
* Maintaining Daily Reports - Unit Production reports (Efficiency / Utilisation) -Man / Mc
* Daily Coordination with Regional Ops Manager for planning
* Handle PM Complaints / IBCR Circulations / Approval follow ups Etc.
* Preparing Daily Reports like Unit Production reports (Efficiency / Utilisation), finished goods
