Job Description

As a role holder, you are responsible for driving a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and rewarding excellence. You will need to display a systematic approach to change implementation by building the necessary systems, resources, and processes to overcome hurdles and facilitate a smooth transition. Your role will involve end-to-end CAM processing from reviewing sanction terms to preparing sanction letters to drafting relevant documents, including modifications in the Business Banking segment for the zone. It is essential to adhere to the defined policies of the Bank to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance of all systems, processes, and practices. **Responsibilities:** **Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:** - Establish high standards of performance for your team and motivate them to deliver within timelines. - Foster a work environment focused on talent development and providing growth opportunities for employees. **Core Responsibilities:** - Ensure credit transactions are conducted in compliance with sanction terms as per internal and RBI policies. - Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines to ensure disbursement-related compliances. - Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols to mitigate operational risk and enhance internal controls within the region. - Draft sanction letters and necessary documents, including iterations based on modification of sanction terms, ensuring completeness for enforceability. - Promote and initiate digital execution of documents and related system developments. - Drive team productivity by emphasizing first-time-right quality and process efficiency. - Raise awareness and encourage participation in Business Continuity Plans (BCP). - Provide support to risk management, business, and support units to minimize observations and assist in resolving them. - Maintain the highest service standards for client servicing with minimal turnaround time. - Identify sources of errors or quality issues and take corrective actions to prevent their recurrence. **People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:** - Cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships with internal/external stakeholders through trusted relationships and fair treatment. - Develop talent within the team by offering guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities for goal achievement. - Set high performance standards for your team and motivate them to meet timelines. - Take responsibility for problems, initiatives, and tasks within your role's domain. **Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:** - Lead by example and independently drive all regulatory/compliance matters. - Implement internal controls and best practices within the units to ensure compliance and risk management.,
