Role & responsibilities

Oversee entire Operation
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance related to health, safety, and environment.
Develop and implement SOPs, cost controls, and service quality benchmarks.
Manage vendor contracts, AMC, procurement, and facility budgeting.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure uninterrupted support services.
Lead crisis management and emergency preparedness planning.
Monitor facility audits, inspections, and handle documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospital Administration or relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitals, large campuses, or corporate infrastructure.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficient in facility planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
