Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee entire Operation
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance related to health, safety, and environment.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, cost controls, and service quality benchmarks.
  • Manage vendor contracts, AMC, procurement, and facility budgeting.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure uninterrupted support services.
  • Lead crisis management and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Monitor facility audits, inspections, and handle documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospital Administration or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitals, large campuses, or corporate infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in facility planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
