Mirrors Luxury Salons is seeking an experienced and skilled Unisex Stylist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services for both men and women. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent client service skills, and the ability to maintain the high standards of a premium salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, and grooming services for male and female clients.
· Conduct thorough client consultations and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
· Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, precision, and professionalism.
· Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols in the work area.
· Keep updated with current hair trends, techniques, and professional products.
· Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
· Support the overall operations of the salon and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience as a Unisex Stylist in a professional salon environment.
· Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and styling for both genders.
· Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-standard salon environment.
