Key Responsibilities:Hair Cutting: Perform precise and stylish haircuts for both male and female clients, keeping up with current trends and techniques. Hair Coloring: Execute basic coloring services, including root touch-ups, single-process color, and foundational knowledge of global coloring. Hair Treatments: Confidently recommend and apply a variety of hair treatments, such as Keratin, Smoothening, Hair Spas, and other deep conditioning services. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate services and products, and ensure client satisfaction. Salon Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation at all times. Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a professional salon environment. Strong foundational knowledge of hair cutting techniques for both men and women. Demonstrated competency in basic hair coloring and color theory. Familiarity with common hair treatments and their application. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to customer service and professional presentation.
