Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit reports, verify financial data, and review loan documents.- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis focusing on the 4Cs of Underwriting (Income, Assets, Liabilities, Collateral).- Process loan documentation to ensure adherence to FNMA, FHLMC, and other investor guidelines.- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and providing effective solutions.- Validate and process loan applications accurately.Ideal Candidate: Education: Any Graduation Experience: Minimum of 3 years in underwriting or related fields Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and adept at troubleshooting basic technical issues Knowledge: Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA investor guidelines is advantageous Attributes: Self-driven, diligent, and customer-centric
