Uk Holiday Sales

Location-Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for UK customers and provide tailor-made holiday packages.
Understand customer requirements and create customized itineraries covering flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel insurance.
Offer cost-effective and value-added solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Manage holiday bookings on
Amadeus/GDS
and coordinate with hotels, airlines, and vendors.
Maintain strong product knowledge of
UK, Europe & international holiday destinations
.
Ensure seamless customer service before, during, and after travel.
Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and repeat sales.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in
Holiday Sales / International Travel Packages
(preferably UK market).
Hands-on experience with
GDS (Amadeus preferred)
.
Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
in English.
Strong knowledge of
geography, popular destinations, hotels, and attractions
.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Immediate joiners preferred.
