As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit qualified candidates matching client requirements - Screen candidates based on job descriptions - Utilize various job portals and social networking sites for recruitment - Maintain professional email communication with candidates - Coordinate interviews with recruited candidates - Document all candidate interactions accurately - Manage reports and candidate databases - Assist in scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, and reserving conference rooms - Provide a stellar candidate experience - Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate or 12th pass with 3 years of experience - Experience in Teaching, Counselling, Consultancy, or any relevant field Key Skills: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Strong screening and sourcing abilities - Ability to build and maintain professional networks - Knowledge of recruitment processes - Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage About Company: IMS People is an Offshore Recruitment Services company that offers tailored solutions to staffing firms globally.
