Key Responsibilities

Handle
UK corporate tax compliance
for group entities.
Prepare and file
corporate tax reports
, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Work on
direct and indirect tax matters
applicable under UK laws.
Ensure proper
tax documentation, reconciliations, and data accuracy
.
Collaborate with UK-based managers and finance teams.
Support year-end and quarterly
tax provisions and returns
.
Ensure adherence to UK tax regulations and company policies.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years
of hands-on experience in
UK corporate tax preparation.
Strong knowledge of:

UK direct and indirect taxes
Tax computation and compliance processes

Experience in
preparing tax reports
(not just reviewing).
Excellent
communication skills
written and verbal (to liaise with UK managers).
Must be a
qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
.
Comfortable working in
UK shift hours
(1 PM 10 PM IST).
