Design and improve the user interface (UI) for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs
Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
Design email templates and newsletter layouts
Develop presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials
Work on icons, infographics, and other UI assets for apps and websites
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs
Good knowledge of branding and marketing material design
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work + branding/marketing projects
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (bonus)
Fully remote with flexible working hours
