Ensure that the design process is user-centered, improving usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving design decisions based on user insights. Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products. Experience5-9 years of total professional experience with at least 2-3 years dedicated to research.
