As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing designs that enhance user experiences across platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of user centered design principles. Key Responsibilities : • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar software. • Conduct UX research to understand user needs and translate insights into actionable design solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. • Deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines and technical feasibility. Requirements: • Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply. • Degree: No fancy degree required. We value skills and practical knowledge over formal qualifications. Skills: • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar design tools. • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design principles. • Ability to create clean, modern, and functional designs. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Willingness to meet deadlines and take ownership of tasks. Location : 100% Remote Compensation Structure : This role follows a structured pathway designed to prepare candidates for the responsibilities of a fulltime position. • Pre-Qualification Internship (Mandatory): • Duration: 2 months • Stipend: ₹5,000/month • Objective: To evaluate foundational skills, work ethic, and cultural fit within the organization. • Performance-Based Internship: • Duration: 5 months • Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000/month (based on performance during the pre-qualification internship) • Objective: To develop skills further, gain hands-on experience, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects. • Full-Time Employment: • Salary: ₹4LPA–₹9LPA (based on performance during the internships and alignment with organizational needs) • Note: Full-time employment is contingent upon successful completion of both internship stages. Important Notes: • Assignment: As part of the interview process, you will be given a design assignment to complete within 2 days.
