Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement the visual and interactive elements of a website.- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for performance and mobile responsiveness.- Test websites for functionality, usability, and performance across different platforms.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to website performance, user experience, and security.Stay updated with new web technologies and industry best practices.Requirements : Tools and Design Skills : - 5-7 years of experience in the related field. - Familiarity with UI design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, to ensure a visually appealing user experience.- Design Tools: Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaboration with UI/UX designers.- User Experience (UX): Understanding user interactions, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing.Skills and Competencies : - HTML5 : Advanced understanding of HTML for structuring content, ensuring accessibility, and using semantic tags for better SEO.- Expertise in styling websites with CSS, including : Responsive design with media queries, CSS Grid and Flexbox for creating flexible layouts and Preprocessors like SASS or LESS for advanced styling.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript for adding interactivity, such as: DOM manipulation, event handling, AJAX calls.- Understanding ES6+ features like promises, async/await, destructuring.- CSS Frameworks: Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Foundation for faster development and responsive design.- Experience with jQuery for simpler DOM manipulation (although less critical with modern frameworks).- Optional, but preferred experience in Front-End Frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, Angular for building dynamic web applications.- Familiarity with Apache, Nginx, and IIS to manage HTTP requests and serve web content and Implementing SSL certificates for secure communication.- Minification and bundling of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.- Caching strategies to reduce server load.- Experience with platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal for building dynamic websites with ease.Preferred Certifications : Certified Web Developer (W3C or similar).
