UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience and user interface of our digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
