Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and user preferences. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. - Conduct user research and usability testing to collect feedback and refine designs. - Establish and sustain design systems to ensure uniformity across all products. - Keep abreast of the latest design trends and industry best practices. - Contribute to the overall user experience strategy and assist in defining user journeys. - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards in all designs. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar capacity. - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. - Impressive portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects. - Sound knowledge of user-centered design principles and industry best practices. - Exposure to user research techniques and usability testing. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines effectively.
