UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to design intuitive interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
Design visually consistent, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI guidelines for consistency.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Solid understanding of user-centered design, UX principles, and accessibility standards.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
