Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 1-4 YOE

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
Maintain and enhance design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines.
Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
1–4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.
Solid portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
