UI/UX Designer

Job Description: As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, developing user flows, creating high-quality visual designs, conducting usability testing, ensuring design consistency, and staying updated on UI/UX trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. - Develop user flows and ensure optimal user experiences. - Create high-quality visual designs, including layout, color schemes, typography, and iconography. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. - Ensure design consistency across all products and platforms. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: - 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience with responsive and adaptive design. - Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills: - Experience with prototyping tools and designs audit. - Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.,
