UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

As a part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform user needs into visually appealing and highly functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design clean, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Conduct and contribute to user research & usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and inclusivity across devices and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, applying them in your projects.
• Participate in team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions to improve overall product design.
• Assist in maintaining design documentation, style guides, and design consistency across projects.

What We Look For in You

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic research methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly.
• A portfolio showcasing design process and past work (web + mobile platforms).
• A growth mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate.
