Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full time Experience Level: 4+yrs Responsibilities Understand user needs and business requirements through user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field. 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for web and mobile applications. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and user-centered approach. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: UI/UX Designer: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
