Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients or sales. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of tele-callers, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure team goals are met. Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance and KPIs, ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly targets are consistently achieved. Training & Development: Provide training and coaching to tele-callers to enhance their skills, productivity, and efficiency. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-up progress, and team performance for senior management. Key Requirements: 1. Proven experience in lead generation and follow-ups, ideally within a sales or telemarketing environment. 2. Experience in team handling or managing a team of tele-callers. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve targets and maintain high performance. 5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience in a similar ATL or team lead role. 2. Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
