Job Description:

At My Inbox Media, we are seeking a qualified Customer Success Manager who can effectively manage our organization’s key customers, develop strategies to enhance the company’s brand, conduct high-level negotiations, and undertake planning to maximize overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and seek out new potential clients to expand the business.
  • Develop strategies to meet sales targets, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Implement monthly recurring revenue models, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
