Job Description

1. UI/UX Designer Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Maintain and enhance design consistency through design systems and style guides. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices. Optimize designs based on usability testing and data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth design-to-development process. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools . Strong knowledge of user experience principles, interaction design, and wireframing . Experience in creating responsive and accessible designs . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with design system creation, Logo, and brochure designing. Experience with Adobe after Effects & Premier Pro (Video Editing & animations). 2. Web Designer Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs align with user experience principles and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance UI/UX based on feedback and usability testing. Front-End Development: Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code . Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible web applications using HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, and React.js or Angular . Implement interactive UI components and animations for a smooth user experience. Optimize website performance and accessibility for better user engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, and React.js . Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility . Familiarity with Git version control and development workflows. Understanding of user experience principles, usability testing, and user research . Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. 3. Front-End Developer Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications. Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end code. Write efficient and reusable code using HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) . Optimize website performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices. Debug and fix issues across different browsers and devices. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js/Vue.js/Angular . Experience with responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility . Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI) . Knowledge of Git version control and development workflows . Understanding of performance optimization and best coding practices . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
