Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at our company in Dehradun, you will play a crucial role in designing web and mobile applications/platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing low and high fidelity wireframes, visual designs, and interactions for web, email, and apps across various devices - Ensuring consistency and standardization in design while taking a user-centered approach - Presenting wireframes to stakeholders, defending design decisions, and incorporating feedback iteratively - Running design sprints to define solutions for user problems - Working closely with the Engineering team to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint - Conducting testing of applications, websites, and software to evaluate user experience - Collaborating with the graphic design team to translate project requirements and target audience into compelling visual solutions Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications/platforms - Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Illustrator, Figma, etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus - Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field preferred, self-taught designers are also welcome - Positive attitude and belief in teamwork - A strong portfolio showcasing your work Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your creativity and skills will be valued.,
