Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, product requirements, and business objectives. Translate ideas and research into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces using Figma, while maintaining visual consistency. Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring a unified user experience across platforms. Ensure that all designs meet accessibility standards and adapt well to various devices and screen sizes. Participate in design critiques, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to improve outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in UI/UX design (0–3 years) with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered thinking, and modern UX practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Comfortable receiving feedback and working in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
