UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer
Experience: Minimum 1+ Years of professional experience
Department: Design / Product Development

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems / style guides to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
