UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong skills in Figma and modern design tools to help us create exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design user interfaces with a keen focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components in Figma. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2 to 3yrs of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, Components). Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and/or mobile applications. Experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar is a plus. Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
