UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer Portfolio with 4-7 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Collect and evaluate user requirements through user interviews and workshops. - Utilize 10 key heuristics for UX audits to evaluate designs effectively. - Create user flows, personas, information architecture, sitemaps, and journey maps. - Research trends and conduct market analysis for producing effective solutions. - Develop wireframes and prototypes of varying fidelity levels. - Use design tools to create pixel-perfect mock-ups and interactive prototypes. - Conduct UI testing using tools like usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, and accessibility considerations. - Explain design decisions to showcase how proposed solutions solve user and business problems. - Deliver UI/UX artifacts with documentation while adhering to timelines, coding standards, and quality. - Maintain design consistency, build Design System Manager (DSM), define patterns, and interaction design. - Conduct surveys and gather feedback to enhance user experience in subsequent releases. - Ensure compliance with UX processes and maintain organizational standards. Your skills should include: - Experience in B2B and B2C applications with a supportive portfolio. - UI design experience in enterprise solutions, transactional applications, and data visualization applications. - Responsive and adaptive design expertise for both mobile and desktop. - Experience in UX case studies highlighting conducted research. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with knowledge of Axure and InVision as a plus. - Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are advantageous. - Experience in designing for different tech stacks including Java/Angular, Sharepoint, and .NET. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team. - Uphold strong principles and core values. Education and Certification requirements: - Bachelor's degree with specialization in Graphic Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Psychology, or Multimedia. - Certification in UX and Design Thinking is a bonus.
