You will be responsible for collecting and evaluating user requirements through user interviews and workshops. You should have a deep understanding of UX audits utilizing the 10 key heuristics to evaluate designs. Creating user flows, personas, information architecture, sitemaps, and journey maps will be part of your routine tasks. Researching trends and performing market analysis to produce effective solutions will also be essential. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be building wireframes and prototypes of varying fidelity levels using design tools. It is crucial to have knowledge and experience in UI testing tools and methodologies such as usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns. You should be able to articulate design decisions that explain how the proposed solution addresses user and business problems. Delivering UI/UX artifacts with proper documentation while adhering to timelines, coding standards, and quality is key. Maintaining design consistency, defining patterns, and interaction design are important aspects of the role. Conducting surveys and collecting feedback to enhance user experience in subsequent releases is also part of the job. Skills required for this position include experience in B2B and B2C applications, UI design in enterprise solutions, transactional applications, and data visualization applications. Experience in responsive and adaptive designs for mobile and desktop platforms is necessary. Proficiency in creating UX case studies that showcase conducted research is essential. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is required, while knowledge of Axure and InVision is a plus. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are beneficial. Experience with designing for various tech stacks including Java/Angular, Sharepoint, and .NET is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration abilities, and teamwork are crucial for this role. Upholding strong principles and core values is important. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Graphic Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Psychology, or Multimedia. Certification in UX and Design Thinking is a plus. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off.
