• Research user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups for websites and mobile applications.

• Interface Design & Development

• Design visually appealing, functional, and responsive user interfaces for apps and websites.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, layouts, and branding across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs effectively.

• Usability & Accessibility

• Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and interaction design standards.
• Optimize user interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and intuitive navigation.
• Maintain design documentation and style guides for cross-functional teams.

• Collaboration & Project Support

• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain alignment with project goals.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and design quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in UI/UX Design.
• Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
