UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer in Kanpur, your role involves gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will be illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and responsive designs. Additionally, you will design graphic user interface elements using tools like Adobe and Photoshop. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design issues/problems and provide effective solutions. - Make strategic designs and decisions related to core functions and new features. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to illustrate site/application functionality and appearance. - Occasionally convert designs into HTML codes following standard coding practices. - Adopt a user-centered design approach, testing and iterating designs rapidly. - Work with various media and demonstrate sound knowledge of the latest graphic design software. - Create rough drafts and present creative ideas effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with preference for experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. - Proficiency in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator XD, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. - Strong vision on UI and ability to provide effective solutions for UI/UX. - Good knowledge of color usage. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design principles. - Understanding of project requirements and ability to represent contents, graphics, and necessary elements in mockup designs. - Clear understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and effective communication in English.
