Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at ITH Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Testing current products and identifying deficiencies. - Suggesting solutions to identified product problems. - Investigating product quality to make improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction. - Planning, creating, and managing the overall Quality Planning strategy. - Collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution. - Identifying quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggesting actions for improvement. - Overseeing continuous improvement projects and conducting historical analyses of test results. - Identifying key KPIs for product quality. - Preparing and presenting reports and metrics to senior management. - Visiting beta testing sites to evaluate software performance. - Monitoring bug resolution efforts and tracking successes. - Providing technical support during software installation or configuration. To excel in this role, you need to meet the following qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience as a QA system tester. - Good knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and different testing methodologies. - Proficiency in Test Case preparation, review & execution, Defects review and management, Black Box testing. - Familiarity with Usability, GUI, Functional, System, Regression, and Smoke/Sanity testing. - Basic knowledge of any programming language (JAVA & MEAN preferred). - Basic knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries. - Strong communication and comprehension skills. - Testing experience on web and mobile applications is preferred.
