UI/UX Designer Intern

Job Description

Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, color theory TV, and layout principles. Ability to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. User-Centered Design (UCD): Ability to create designs that align with user needs and behaviors. Experience with user research, personas, and usability testing. Responsive Design: Knowledge of creating designs adaptable to multiple screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile). Interaction Design: Understanding of micro-interactions, animations, and transitions. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Clear communication of design ideas and rationale. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking to identify design challenges and propose creative solutions. Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices for software used in CA offices or similar industries would be beneficial. Awareness of current UI/UX trends and accessibility standards.
