UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Apply design thinking principles to enhance user experience across all touchpoints.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across all products and platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in UI/UX designing (1-2 years).

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners, notice period of maximum 15 days.

Contract Duration:

• 1-year contract

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/- per month in hand
