We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer who is proficient in Figma and experienced in prototyping to join our team. This role involves crafting user-centered design solutions for our digital products, with a strong focus on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences. Job Summary As a UI/UX Designer at iGuru, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the visual and interactive elements of our software interfaces. You will work closely with our product development team to conceptualize and define user experiences that align with our product roadmap and business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the UI/UX design process for our suite of digital products, from conceptualization to implementation. Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand, aligning with our product roadmap. Create high-quality design solutions using Figma, including wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Design interactive UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets specifically tailored for educational platforms. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and validate designs. Collaborate closely with the product management and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs. Utilize prototyping tools to demonstrate the functionality and feel of the user interface, ensuring that the final products meet our quality standards. Provide expert advice and guidance on the application of UX research methodologies and testing to better understand user behavior and enhance user satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements Bachelors degree in Design, or a related field. At least 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience, specifically in designing for digital products. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, especially in Figma and prototyping for web and mobile platforms. Proficient in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and collaborative tools. Familiarity with iOS and Android design standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design.
