About the Role Are you someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to kickstart your career in sales? iGuru is looking for Sales & Business Development Interns who are passionate about sales and ready to dive into outbound prospecting via cold calls. You will play a vital role in reaching out to new prospects, understanding their needs, and generating qualified leads for our Business Development team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using prospect data provided by the company. Introduce and position iGuru's products to schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Understand client needs, identify pain points, and capture relevant details for follow-up. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for senior sales executives. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion.
