UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Additionally, designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, ensuring consistency of design elements, and staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups. - Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing. - Ensure consistency of design elements across all platforms. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools. - Apply basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. - 12 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. - Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is mandatory. In addition to the above, it is nice to have knowledge of motion design/animations, experience with design systems and component libraries, and familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.,
