UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

• Design Creation – Develop visually appealing UI layouts, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• User Experience Optimization – Conduct user research, create personas, and implement design solutions that improve usability and accessibility.
• Graphics & Branding – Design marketing materials, social media creatives, banners, and brand identity elements that align with company guidelines.
• Prototyping & Tools – Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce interactive and static designs.
• Collaboration – Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Responsive Design – Create adaptable layouts that work seamlessly across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Creative Concept Development – Generate innovative design concepts, mood boards, and visual storytelling elements for campaigns.
• Design Systems & Guidelines – Maintain and update the company’s design system to ensure consistency in UI components and brand style.
• Feedback & Iteration – Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs continuously.
• Trend Awareness – Stay updated with UI/UX trends, graphic design innovations, and industry best practices to keep designs fresh and competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
