Job Description: Tele Caller (Hindi + English)
Company: Khatatracker.comLocation: Vizag and HyderabadExperience: 1+ year in telecalling/sales.Languages Required: Hindi + English (Fluency in both)Job Role: ● Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers for Khatatracker.com’s services. ● Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to generate sales leads.● Follow up with prospects via calls/emails to convert inquiries into sales.● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements:● 1+ year of telecalling/sales experience (preferably in SaaS/tech products).● Excellent communication in Hindi and English (verbal/written).● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.● Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
